Something bothering me...
Did you ever notice on the TV program COPS, that it take 5 maybe 6 large type policeman to bring down and hand-cuff one drunken citizen??? Also they must think the drunk is hard of hearing, because they scream at the top of their voices' GET DOWN GET DOWN" not once or twice but many many times... Must be that good training they receive at the Police Academy of their state.
